In 1923 “La Nouvelle Corderie de Hamme” (situated in Belgium) was founded, specializing in the manufacturing of SISAL. This was the origin of TASIBEL. Nowadays TASIBEL is one of the rare companies in Europe that succeed in the spinning and weaving of SISAL, while aiming at the highest quality standard. The combinations with wool, coir and paper make it possible to use the fibres in a very creative way, resulting in the production of up-to-date and trendy floor coverings. |
