Antipasta, i.e., a set of various appetisers is a significant addition to both everyday and festive tables. For instance, in order to improve one’s appetite before the main course, we recommend having some pickled onions, sun-dried tomatoes, pepper or asparagus, and, of course, the classics of Gastronome – salted mushrooms, picked in the forests of Latvia and prepared according to the special recipes of our chefs.
We offer a selection of more than 20 sorts of olives, black and green, large and small, preserved in olive oil or salted water, plain or with a variety of fillings. The famous Kalamata olives, black and meaty, are prepared in Greece, following the ancient recipes of monks, and can also be purchased at our Deli market, same as the bright green Italian olives with their fine natural flavour, olives with almonds or goat cheese, hunter-style olives and other sorts to match every taste and promote a healthy lifestyle!
